CareBond is a communication platform for care — born in Switzerland and built for care homes, home care, hospitals and clinics. We build the tool missing between patients, families, caregivers and management — without trying to replace what already works.
Our mission
Give care back the time paperwork takes from it.
In a care home, caregivers spend too many hours filling binders, handing over by phone, and gathering documents for audits. Those hours don't go to the resident.
CareBond gives those hours back to care. By centralizing the digital round, audit traceability, multilingual chat, cryptographically signed reports, and wayfinding with 3D plans in a single platform.
We don't replace your existing EMR. We will integrate with it (integration in development), cover the blind spots, and add what was missing — with no rip-and-replace.

Privacy-first, not privacy-as-an-option
No tracking cookies. No ad pixels. No leakage to Google Analytics. Data protection is in the architecture, not in an addendum.
The caregiver stays in control
Chat, livestream, video calls — the professional decides when and how. CareBond never bypasses the clinician.
Audit log by default
Every access and modification is logged. Not as an option, not after configuration: from day one, on every action.
Swiss, end to end
Swiss hosting (Infomaniak, Geneva). No foreign cloud, no transfer to the hyperscalers, no extraterritorial jurisdiction.
CareBond is based in Geneva, Switzerland. We work in French, German, Italian, English, Spanish and Catalan — because care speaks many languages.
